How can I find my size without trying them on in the store?
We are true American sized and will fit true to the Brannock Device. The Brannock Device is the old standard, metal, sliding, foot measuring device that has been around since Moses. Most all reputable footwear retailers should have one.

Additionally, we have a template you can print out at home. Just follow the directions to find the right size for you.

Do you have any boots with steel toes?
Absolutely! You can get any of our styles with a steel toe (except for The Ultimate 10"). You just need to do a custom order. Custom order is an additional $35 and this also allows you to add any of our other customization options you want for FREE.

Why don't you have half sizes?
We find we can fit the vast majority of feet out there without half sizes by either going up or down a width or size.

For example, let's say you normally wear a 10.5W. We'd most likely fit you with our 11M. The difference in a 10.5W and an 11M is only 2/12 of an inch in length and the width is virtually identical. Additionally, if you must have a half size we can provide those as a custom order for an additional $35 and this also allows you to add any of our other customization options you want for FREE.

Do you do custom orders?
We sure do! We offer many different customization options. You can start with any of our standard styles and customize the insulation amount, leathers, size, steel toe, camo and more. Custom/Special Orders - please allow 30-45 days. Custom order your AFBoots today!

Do you have any camoflauge boots?
Absolutely! You can get any of our styles with camouflage. You just need to do a custom order. Custom order is an additional $35 and this also allows you to add any of our other customization options you want for FREE.

How long does it take to get my boots?
No time at all! All of our in-stock boots ship out next business day (not including custom orders). We ship UPS Ground from Mountain City, TN so you should have your boots in a matter of a few days or less depending on your location. We send you tracking information when it ships so you know exactly where they are and when they arrive.

Do you sell gift certificates/gift cards?
We sure do! Gift certificates are available in many different amounts and are great as gifts.

What are the two extra pieces of leather I recieved in the box with my boots?
It's called a "kiltie". Now days they are mostly decoration. It's a hold-over from the older days when shoes and boots were dual purposed. The little fringe like piece in front of the laces used to be used to keep tall grasses and bits of twigs out of the shoes people wore back in the good old days. These days, they are pretty much ornamental. Allegiance Footwear incorporates a "Gusseted Tongue" into all of our boots which keeps the dirt and debris from geeting inside the boot, thus making the Kiltie just ornamental. Some people like the look and some don't. Therefore, we made them removable.

Do you have insulated, waterproof boots for hunting?
Waterproof/Insulated boots are our specialty! All of our stock boots are waterproof and insulated and great for hunting. The Ultimate 10" is the top-of-the-line cold weather hunting boot. You can also customize your boots with camo and with varying amounts of insulation and/or no insulation!

Do you offer any guarantees or warranty?
We think our boots will meet and/or beat your expectations regardless of the working conditions. You can expect your boots to arrive free from defects. You can also expect your boots to hold up over time. We believe if you treat your boots how boots should be treated they will perform as well or better and last as long or longer than any boots you've ever worn.

We do not have a written warranty, but we will stand behind our product. If you'll wear them like a boot is supposed to be worn, and treat them as a boot is meant to be treated then they should give you good service.
